No, there is no subscription at the moment. If you join right now you will only pay the onetime fee and you won’t have to pay any monthly or annual fees in the future to keep your Pro Digital Business Card. However in the future we may change our pricing to an annual plan for all new subscribers. 

Yes! It is absolutely free to join & to setup your Lite Digital Business Card. You’ll have access to your Digital Business Card for life (well as long as this website is up you’ll have access, which is a really really long time).
